The resort rules & guidelines are designed to maximize the safety & enjoyment of every guest’s stay. Anyone unwilling to comply with these rules will be required to leave without a refund.
- Beach warning - guests may use beach access at their own risk.
- Campfires - allowed anywhere on the beach but prohibited on resort property.
- Children - under 18 years old must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the Sea Perch Club & resort store.
- Garbage - must be wrapped and placed in our dumpster only. Do not leave garbage outside unattended at any time or you will be responsible for any mess resulting from animals, birds or otherwise.
- Noise - Quiet Hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM.
- Parking - Maximum of 1 RV and 1 motor vehicle per site. Extra vehicles (including trailers) are subject to available parking and a $15/day parking fee.
- Pets - allowed except in resort buildings. Pets must not be a nuisance to other guests. Pets must always be on a leash while at the resort and must not be left unattended. (Barkers drive everyone crazy!) And you must clean up after your pets. Litter bags and a waste receptacle are available in the pet area.
- Recreation - riding skateboards, scooters or bicycles is prohibited on resort property.
- RV/car washes - prohibited in the resort.
- Sewer - per state law, the Health Department requires airtight sewer connections.
- Smoking - not permitted in resort buildings.
- Speed Limit – 5 mph in the resort, and absolutely no driving on drain field.
- Tents, tarps or clotheslines - prohibited at the resort.
- Visitors of resort guests – must register at the resort office. If additional parking is available they may buy a parking permit for $15/day. Permit availability will depend on resort occupancy.
- Washing cars or RVs - prohibited in the resort.
- Water - please do not waste our spring water by having faulty water connections or forgetting to turn valves off. You may be charged for water waste.
