Prices are based on 4 people. Additional persons are $5.00 each if over age 6. Children age 6 and under are free.
9% lodging tax is not included in rates.
A minimum two-night stay is required.
Reservations must be guaranteed with a credit card for a deposit equal to a 1-day charge. Reservations of 7 days or more require a deposit equal to a 2-day charge.
Cancellations subject to a $10 administrative fee and must be received at least 72 hours prior to date of arrival; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited.
Upon arrival, shortening of your reserved time will be a one-day charge.
Maximum of 1 RV and 1 motor vehicle per site. Extra vehicles (incuding trailers) are subject to available parking space and $15/day parking fee.
Check-in time: 1 PM - 8 PM.
Check-out time: before 11 AM.

| Guidelines |
The following resort rules are designed to enhance everyone's enjoyment during their stay. Anyone unwilling to comply with any of the guidelines (including those pertaining to pets) will be asked to leave.
- Sewer - per state law, the Health Department requires airtight sewer connections
- Tents, blue tarp or clotheslines - prohibited at the resort
- Speed limit - 5 mph in the resort
- Campfires - allowed anywhere on the beach but prohibited on resort property
- Children - young children must be accompanied by an adult at all times in the clubhouse and resort store
- Pets - pets are welcome as long as they are not a nuisance to other guests. They must always be on a leash while at the resort and must not be left unattended. (Barkers drive everyone crazy!) And you must clean up after your pets (litter bags and a waste receptacle are available in the pet area)
- Noise - Quiet Hours are from 10 PM - 8 AM
- Refuse - all garbage must be wrapped and placed in our dumpster only. Do not leave garbage outside unattended at any time or you will be responsible for any mess resulting from animals, birds or otherwise
- Smoking - NO smoking permitted in any resort buildings
- Water - please do not waste our spring water by having faulty water connections or forgetting to turn valves off. You may be charged for water waste
- Car/RV washes - prohibited in the resort.
