The 3,000+ sq. ft. Sea Perch Club is open to all owners & paying guests and includes big screen TV, fully equipped kitchen, workout room, Wi-Fi, ocean observation room, bathrooms with showers, game room, and coin-operated laundry room.

Children are welcome in the Sea Perch Club but must be supervised by a parent at all times.
