- Absolutely no smoking & no pets are allowed in villas. Any violations will result in a $500 cleaning charge, and automatic eviction without refund. No pets are allowed to stay in the vehicles of those staying in villas.
- A 2 night minimum stay is required.
- Rates are for up to 2 persons per villa. No extra persons are allowed overnight.
- An additional 9% lodging tax will be added to the rates above.
- Reservations require a credit card deposit equal to the full first day's charge plus 15% of the remaining reserved stay.
- Villa Cancellations are subject to a $30 processing fee and must be received at least 30 days prior to the scheduled date of arrival; otherwise, the deposit is forfeited for cancellations made within 30 days of the scheduled date of arrival.
- Upon arrival, shortening of your reserved time will be a one-day charge.
- Maximum of 1 vehicle allowed per villa. Extra vehicles are subject to available parking space and $10/day parking fee.
- Check-in: After 4 PM (early check-in subject to availability).
- Check-out: Before noon.
- All rates subject to change without notice.
